We are actively seeking an HRIS Program Manager for one of our clients.Location: Santa Clara, CA - HybridSkills:Leverage your PMP knowledge to ensure adherence to best project management practices throughout the program's lifecycle.Workstream Management:Manage multiple workstreams within the program, coordinating efforts, resources, and timelines to deliver a cohesive implementation.Stakeholder Engagement:Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, project teams, and external partners, to ensure clear communication and buy-in.Risk Management:Identify potential risks and issues, develop mitigation plans, and proactively address challenges to keep the program on track.Resource Allocation:Allocate resources efficiently and effectively across workstreams to optimize project outcomes.Scope Management:Define and manage the program scope, ensuring that all project deliverables are met within the agreed-upon timeline and budget.Ensure adherence to documented scope with external vendors to minimize change orders.Documentation and Reporting:Create and maintain all necessary project artifacts and documentation, including project plans, status reports, and deliverable tracking.Quality Assurance:Ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions by closely monitoring the workstreams and conducting regular quality assessments.Education
