Attorney

Looking for an energetic, committed, and diligent senior associate or of counsel with seven or more years of litigation experience to work in a collaborative team environment in our Trial & Litigation Practice Group, with a partial focus on eminent domain. This position is open in our Los Angeles, San Diego, or Oakland office.A successful candidate will share a commitment to providing its clients with high-quality services in rapidly evolving areas of the law, will relish the strategic decision-making involved in litigation, including crafting litigation strategy in complex situations, and will enjoy presenting nuanced constitutional arguments in a clear and persuasive fashion. Qualified candidates must have excellent academic credentials, outstanding analytical and creative thinking capabilities, superior research and writing skills, and a strong work ethic. It is essential that candidates possess significant experience with law and motion practice in state and federal court, including dispositive motions. Candidates should also have prior experience in building a case for trial, including developing evidence, interviewing witnesses, and taking and defending depositions. Prior experience representing public entities or with land use is preferred.
