For more information, please visit www.centerbridge.com.Job Summary:Water Tite, one of the three operating companies of IPS, with 13 different brands and 6,000+ SKUs, is searching for a Senior Accountant to help search for ways to continue to unlock opportunities to maximize value across the markets and channels in which we operate. Based in Collierville, TN, you'll work with stakeholders across the business to review and consolidate forecasts, ensuring the latest financial planning cascades across the business. You will need to develop close working relationships with key cross functional stakeholders to identify opportunities where analytics can be leveraged to benefit objectives. Your role is key in analyzing and interpreting results to enable the business to make informed strategic decisions with significant exposure to senior business leaders. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you'll work together to ensure to meet tight deadlines, handle a demanding and fluctuating workload and at the same time provide accurate and reliable data.Key Areas of AccountabilityPreparation of month- End accounting including analysis for Flash, Forecast, and other financial reportsJournal entry posting and analytical review of Inventory and Sales; i.e. samples, freight, sales and COGS allocationsPreparation of Balance Sheet account reconciliations.Preparation of monthly Sales Rebate and Freight accrual.Monthly trend analysis of Balance Sheet and Income Statement.Assist with development of annual budget and quarterly forecast decks, strategy financialsMonthly sales reporting including customer P&L, PPV etc.CAPEX tracking, reporting and analysisMargin analytics by customer, channel, sku Develop and implement KPIs across operating companyProductivity and efficiency support (Kaizen)Partner with cost accountant and shared services accounting teamBackup coverage to finance directorsBuild SOPs and presentation support for FP&A departmentAdhoc analysis and reporting as neededEducation And Experience Requirements5+ years of professional experience in finance required.
