Installations Project Manager

We're experiencing rapid growth, and are looking to bring on a new Installations Project Manager onto our growing team!As an Installations Project Manager, you will support the Installation Manager with daily locker installation expertise and problem-solving. In this role, you will interact with our network of installers across the country as well as internal stakeholders. What You'll Do:Installation Operations LeadershipProvide installation escalation support and resolutionIssue site preparedness approvalsBe responsible for installation quality control and consistent data managementManage scope changes and set expectations earlyFacilitate timely resolution between install partners and Luxer teamsOversee install capability, recruiting, and vettingProduct & Process ImprovementProcess and procedure developmentSupport and maintain quality: develop checklists, testing procedures, documentation, and completion criteriaOperations Support Engineering (Pre and Post Sales Solutions)Execute floor plan accuracy reviews and provide sales supportProvide special projects supportCollaborate cross-functionally with VAR's, Sales, PM's teamsSafety & ComplianceReview and resolve escalated safety & compliance issuesDocumentation, Training & Change Management:Assist with delivery of installation training and coachingInstallation manual, technical writing, and photo documentationTechnical training developmentSpecial Project SupportStakeholder representing installers and install executionOn-site installation management of local and high profile jobsAt a Minimum, You'll Need to Have:3+ years of experience in field operations, construction project management, hardware deployment, or installation managementAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyVendor management and negotiation skillsUnderstanding of construction environments, permitting, ADA considerations, and installation technical requirementsStrong cross-functional communication with internal and external stakeholdersProficiency with project management tools, documentation systems, and basic CAD/floor plan interpretationStrong problem-solving, root-cause analysis, and technical troubleshooting skillsA Plus But Not Required:Experience in hardware technology deployment, access-control systems, or similar industriesExperience developing and delivering training programsFamiliarity with project management and CRM softwareKnowledge of ADA, electrical, low-voltage, and site construction considerationsLuxer Has Got You Covered!You will have a 401k with up to 4.5% matching, untracked vacation, and a hybrid work schedule.We promote education through tuition reimbursement.You will also have medical, dental, vision, and life insurance programs, as well as employee assistance programs.You’ll have opportunities to advance.We’re fans of helping our employees learn different aspects of the business, be challenged with new tasks, be mentored and grow.We promoted 42% of our employees last year!Luxer One is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
