BCS Allegient is hiring for a Staff Lead/Program Manager to join our team at the Office of Naval Research in Arlington, VA.This position is onsite in Arlington, VA.Essential Job FunctionsThe position involves utilizing Microsoft Office 365 tools-including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint Online, Teams, and Excel-to support daily operations. Responsibilities include communicating clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, while working productively both independently and in collaboration with others. The role also encompasses organizing and coordinating meetings, as well as applying creativity, foresight, professionalism, and mature judgment to anticipate and address scientific, business, financial, or program management tasks.Job RequirementsA minimum of a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.Current SECRET level clearance or the ability to obtain a Secret clearance prior to award.Ten (10) years of management experience providing business and financial support to organizations with S&T and/or R&D missions.Ability to quickly learn the contract organizational structure and functions of the components of the Naval Research Enterprise (NRE); to include the roles of ONR program officers and science advisors in S&T development.Demonstrated recent experience providing leadership to the on-site contractor team of 10 or more personnel. Coordinate and oversee their efforts to ensure tasks are properly assigned and completed on time and within ONR Business Rules for execution.
