The CEO will oversee the overall strategic direction, operations, and financial performance of the organization. Daily responsibilities include managing and optimizing business operations, driving sales growth, creating and implementing strategic plans, developing and managing budgets, and ensuring sustainable growth for the organization. The CEO will collaborate with stakeholders, lead the executive team, and foster a positive company culture. Qualifications Proven expertise in Strategic Planning and Business PlanningStrong background in Operations Management and process improvementExperience with Financial management, budgeting, and cost controlSuccessful track record in Sales and driving revenue growthExceptional leadership, decision-making, and communication skillsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; MBA preferredAbility to lead in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentExperience in the transportation or logistics industry is a plus
