Applicants join an organization focused on innovation, operational efficiency, and customer success in a critical environmental sector.Role Description The Front Desk Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Nashville, TN, responsible for managing the reception area and serving as the first point of contact for visitors, callers, and clients. Day-to-day tasks include greeting guests, answering and routing phone calls, handling inquiries, and coordinating appointment scheduling and meeting room bookings. The role also supports general administrative functions such as maintaining office supplies, processing incoming and outgoing mail, and organizing documents and records. The Front Desk Coordinator collaborates with internal teams to ensure smooth office operations and provides timely, accurate information to both external and internal stakeholders. This position requires professionalism, reliability, and strong organizational skills to represent CPG Sorting Technologies effectively.Qualifications Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with visitors, clients, and team members.Demonstrated phone etiquette and experience handling multi-line phone systems and directing calls appropriately.Proficiency in appointment scheduling, calendar management, and coordinating meeting rooms or office resources.Experience with receptionist duties, including greeting guests, managing sign-ins, and maintaining a welcoming front desk environment.Administrative assistance skills, such as document handling, basic data entry, mail processing, and office supply management.Solid written and verbal communication skills and comfort using standard office software (email, calendars, word processing, spreadsheets).Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to prioritize tasks in a busy office setting.High school diploma or equivalent; prior front desk, receptionist, or office coordination experience preferred.
