Provide expert legal advice on a wide range of tax matters, including gift tax, tax-exempt organizations, partnership taxation, and estate tax.2. Represent clients before tax authorities and courts, defending their rights and interests.3. Prepare and review complex tax returns and provide strategic tax planning advice.4. Research and interpret tax laws, rulings, and regulations to ensure compliance and minimize tax liabilities.5. Collaborate with other attorneys and professionals to develop effective tax strategies and solutions.6. Negotiate tax dispute settlements and handle tax litigation.7. Stay abreast of changes in tax laws and regulations to provide up-to-date advice to clients.8. Conduct educational workshops and seminars for clients and staff on tax-related topics.Qualifications:1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.2. Admitted to the state bar and in good standing.3. Minimum of 1 years of experience as a tax attorney4. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Master of Laws (LLM) in Taxation would be an asset.6. In-depth knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations.7. Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.8. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.9. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.10.
