WHOLESALE DISTRIBUTION DRIVER - CDL A-B-C

Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods and materials safely and efficiently to various locations. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service, as well as the ability to operate different types of vehicles, including box trucks and vans. The Driver will play a crucial role in ensuring timely deliveries while maintaining high standards of safety and professionalism. Responsibilities Safely operate commercial vehicles, including box trucks and vans, for route driving. Ensure timely delivery of goods to customers while adhering to scheduled routes. Provide excellent customer service during interactions with clients at delivery points. Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety compliance. Load and unload cargo using equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts as needed. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including mileage, fuel usage, and delivery confirmations. Navigate effectively using GPS systems or maps to find the most efficient routes. Handle manual transmission vehicles when required. Assist in moving items for clients as necessary. Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required. Experience in route driving or commercial driving is preferred. Familiarity with operating box trucks and vans is highly desirable. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively. Experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks is a plus. Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks associated with moving goods. Must be able to work flexible hours, including potential overtime if needed. Previous experience in a similar role or industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
