Role Description We are looking for a full-time Staff Accountant to join our team at our office located in Lowell, IN. The Staff Accountant will handle day-to-day accounting operations, including preparing financial statements, reconciling accounts, managing accounts payable and receivable, and processing payroll. Additional responsibilities include ensuring compliance with financial regulations, assisting with tax preparations, and supporting month-end and year-end close activities. This is an on-site position that requires strong attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally. Qualifications Proficiency in general accounting principles, financial statement preparation, and account reconciliationExperience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processingKnowledge of accounting software and other financial systems, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Drive and spreadsheet managementStrong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detailProven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficientlyBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field1-3 years of relevant accounting experience preferredStrong communication and organizational skills, with a collaborative mindsetExperience in the equipment rental or service industry is a plusCPA certification or progress toward obtaining CPA is a bonus
