Job Description Role Summary: We are looking for a skilled React Developer with a strong front-end foundation to build scalable, high-performance web applications as part of a large, cross-functional team. Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain modern web applications using React, TypeScript, and JavaScriptBuild reusable UI components and ensure consistency across applicationsIntegrate APIs and manage client-side state efficientlyParticipate in design reviews, code reviews, and sprint planningOptimize applications for performance, accessibility, and responsivenessCollaborate closely with UX, backend, and product teams in a large-team environment Required Skills:5+ years of experience in front-end development, with deep expertise in ReactStrong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern ES6+ featuresExperience with state management (Redux, Zustand, or TanStack Query)Familiarity with component-driven architecture and reusable design patternsExperience working in large engineering teams and enterprise-scale applicationsSolid understanding of performance optimization and debugging tools Good to Have:Experience with Micro Frontends / Module FederationKnowledge of CI/CD pipelines and build tools (Webpack, Vite, Rsbuild)Exposure to design systems and UI libraries Compensation, Benefits and Duration Minimum Compensation: USD 40,000 Maximum Compensation: USD 140,000 Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
