DescriptionResponsibilities may include leading device launch allocation plans, managing channel allocation plans and strategies, managing estimated shipment dates when devices are backordered, partnering with retail and IPP partners to maximize sell thru when inventory is constrained.Adopt best-practice of allocation processes and writing/updating SOPsTrack category performance relative to targets, and conduct supplier reviews for assigned suppliersCommunicate clearly with leadership, business stakeholders and team about strategies, allocations, and project updates.Analyzing data, making allocation decisions and influencing supply purchasing decisionsQualificationsAt least 5 years relevant experience required;Some ERP planning experience is good, demand/supply or allocation planning, any works - preferably in SAP or 09 but not necessaryTelecom and supply chainStrong verbal and written communication skills, and organization skill, role can be chaoticShift time : Start time is 6-630AMBenefitsHealthcare Insurance: Synectics offers eligible employees and their dependents healthcare coverage through BlueCross BlueShield of Illinois. In determining the bonus amount, Synectics will consider the cost of the test(s) for any certification relating to your current position, achieved during your employment with us. Only one Certification Bonus per calendar year may be awarded per employee. Only current, active employees will be eligible to receive this bonus.
