Assistant Front Desk ManagerBig Sky Resort is looking for an Assistant Front Desk Manager at the Summit Hotel who is a driven self starter and enjoys creating transformational experiences for guests. The Summit Hotel Assistant Manager is tasked with supporting, supervising, and training this expectation within their team. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, well spoken, and customer service driven. As the Assistant Front Desk Manager you would be responsible for supporting the Front Desk Manager and Front Desk Team in maintaining and improving lodging operations and fulfills the manager role when the manager is absent.ResponsibilitiesLead by example by communicating and partnering with all department leaders and hourly Associates to ensure the guest experience is personalized and executed seamlessly along with creating a positive and productive work environment by holding staff accountable, counsel and discipline in a productive manner, as neededProviding excellent customer service and telephone etiquette, and actively aspiring to reach department and property defined goals and objectivesThinking outside the box to own and solve guest stay areas of opportunity.
