Warehouse Associate (Rotacart)

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our warehouse operations team. The Associate is responsible for building, maintaining, organizing, and cleaning rotacarts used throughout the distribution center. This role plays an important part in supporting warehouse efficiency, safety, and operational readiness.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesBuild and assemble rotacarts according to operational standardsInspect rotacarts for damage, missing parts, or safety concernsClean and sanitize rotacarts to maintain a safe and organized work environmentRepair or replace minor components as neededRemove damaged or unusable rotacarts from service and report issues to leadershipMaintain cleanliness and organization of the rotacart work areaFollow all company safety policies and procedures at all timesAssist with additional warehouse tasks and operational support as assignedWork collaboratively with leadership and warehouse associates to meet daily operational goalsQualificationsHigh school diploma or GED preferredPrevious warehouse or distribution center experience preferred, but not requiredAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and commitment to safetyAbility to work independently and as part of a teamReliable attendance and punctuality requiredPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift throughout the shiftAbility to lift up to 50 pounds regularlyAbility to push, pull, and maneuver rotacarts safelyComfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and noise levelsShift: Day Shift: 5am-3:30pmNight Shift: 4pm-2:30am$19.50/hrFull time7200 N Sarival Ave,Litchfield Park,Arizona 85340DC20Dollar Tree
