We combine services and products to maximize business impact for our clients in telecom, Banking, Wealth Management, product engineering and life science& healthcare industries.OverviewWe are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with strong analytical capabilities, the ability to work hands‑on with data, and the communication skills to translate business needs into actionable insights.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Requirements — Lead discovery, documentation, and clarification of business needs.Data Analysis — Explore, validate, and interpret datasets to support program governance and operational decision‑making.Visualization & Insights — Build dashboards and analytical outputs using Power BI or Tableau.Stakeholder Communication — Present insights clearly to senior leaders and cross‑functional partners.Cross‑Functional Alignment — Work with ALM, Practice Management, Legal, Customer Relations, and Back Office teams to ensure consistent understanding of data and processes.Domain Interpretation — Apply financial‑services or wealth‑management knowledge to contextualize data and business workflows.Required QualificationsSenior Business Analyst with 8-10+ years of experience in business analytics‑driven roles.Strong ability to understand business context and translate it into analytical outputs.Hands‑on experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics tools.Ability to “play with data” — explore, cleanse, structure, and derive insights.Excellent communication skills with comfort presenting to senior stakeholders.Experience in financial services, banking, or wealth management.Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with complex datasets.Preferred QualificationsExperience in ALM, Practice Management, or related financial domains.Exposure to program governance, data repositories, or multi‑department initiatives.Experience working in consulting or client‑facing environments.
