Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) - Treasury Management
Position OverviewWe are seeking accomplished Business Analysts to collect, document, and analyze business requirements and configure Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) solutions. Key responsibilities include gathering requirements, designing and implementing system solutions, providing functional support, performing testing, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and align the system with business objectives.This is a primarily remote role supporting a Lackland, TX program with travel projected to be 2 days per quarter.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesRequirements Analysis:Work with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements for new features or enhancements in Oracle EBS.Solution Design:Translate business needs into functional specifications and design system solutions thatleverageOracle EBS functionality.Configuration and Implementation:Configure and set up Oracle EBS modules to meet business requirements and support projectsthrough toproduction.Testing:Create test plans, scripts, and cases, and perform functional testing andassistin user acceptance testing (UAT).Functional Support:Provide ongoing support to end-users, troubleshoot issues, analyze problems, and coordinate resolutions with technical teams.Collaboration:Act as a bridge between business units and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and successful integration of solutions.Process Improvement:Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement using Oracle EBS.Documentation and Training:Develop system and user documentation and deliver training to help users adopt new functionalities.Required Skills & ExperienceExperience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Oracle Treasury module for the management and recording of Stocks, Bonds, Securities, Certificates of Deposits and other Investment products.Enterprise Financial Investment and Foreign Exchange (FX) Management experience isrequired.Oracle is the preferred platform; SAP experience is acceptable.Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and its modules (e.g., Finance, Procurement).Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements. Experience with requirements gathering, testing, and solution design. Familiarity with key financial and business processes.Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, ora relatedfield.Additionalyears of experience in lieu of degree will be considered.Minimum of 10 years’ experience.Directly relatedpostgraduate study may be substituted for experience at the rate of three credit hours for three months of experience up to 36 credit hours.Must be a U.S. Citizen. Must be eligible to obtain andmaintaina Tier 1 (T1) background investigation and Common Access Card (CAC).Experience In Three Of The Following Four Focus AreasNote: Treasury Management experience cited in focus area 3 below must be demonstrated in addition to the Enterprise Financial Investment and FX Management requirement above, not in lieu of it.Oracle Cloud development and Oracle APEX experience.Oracle E-Business Suite R12 experience. Line of Accounting (LOA) implementation experience.Oracle EBS core financial accounting knowledge with a concentration in Projects Management, Cash Management, and Treasury Management modules experience to include financial accounting experience for transition of legacy financial statements and interrelated data functionality from legacy system to the modules.Contracting Lifecycle Management (CLM), Procurement,iSupplier(or similar product), and Purchasingmodulesexperience.Desired Skills & ExperienceOracle certifications, such as OCP for EBS R12,preferred.SAP Treasury and Risk Management or SAP S/4HANA Finance certification is acceptable in lieu of Oracle certification for candidates whose primary Treasury and FX Management experience is on the SAP platform.Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery models in large ERP programs.Background in federal DoD financial management or government contracting environments.Experience with Oracle data migration, reconciliation strategies, and financial close processes. Knowledge of financial reporting requirements for investment portfolios (e.g., FASB, GASB, OMB standards).
