As a Commercial Roofing Assistant Service Technician, you will work directly with a Service Technician to resolve roof related defects. On the job training will be provided. No prior roofing experience is required - just a commitment to showing up, learning the craft, and growing with the team.What You'll DoWork side-by-side with an experienced Service Technician to learn the trade through real-world, on-the-job trainingAssist in performing inspections, leak investigations, repairs, and preventive maintenance on commercial flat roofing systems (TPO, PVC, EPDM, BUR, and Modified Bitumen)Support tool and material setup, clean-up, and daily organization of the service vehicle and job siteLearn how to document service findings, communicate with clients, and follow proper safety protocolsGain hands-on experience with roofing tools, sealants, flashing, membrane systems, and moreParticipate in regular team meetings, training sessions, and manufacturer certification opportunitiesGrow your knowledge and skillset with the goal of becoming a lead Service Technician with your own assigned service truckUphold Superior Services R.S.H., Inc.'s standards of professionalism, integrity, and excellence every dayWhat You BringA strong desire to build a career in the commercial roofing industryWillingness to work outdoors in a physically demanding environment and in various weather conditionsBasic experience with hand and power tools (preferred, but not required)Dependable, team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethicEagerness to learn, take direction, and grow into a leadership roleAbility to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and follow safety proceduresValid driver's license with a good driving recordHigh school diploma or GED (preferred)BenefitsHealth, dental, and vision insuranceHealth savings accountEmployer-paid life insurance401(k) with up to 4% employer matchPaid holidays and vacationThis position is available immediately.
