Part-Time Treasury & Accounts Payable Specialist (Florida-Based)

About the RoleWe’re seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Treasury & Accounts Payable Specialist to join our finance team on a flexible part-time basis. This role is ideal for an experienced professional who is comfortable managing money movement, transfers, and accounts payable workflows for a growing business. You’ll support critical financial operations that require accuracy, timeliness, and discretion.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle day-to-day treasury functions, including initiating and confirming domestic wire transfers, ACH payments, and internal transfersManage and process accounts payable, including vendor bills, payment approvals, and disbursementsMaintain accurate records of payments and reconciliationsAssist with cash flow tracking and forecasting supportCoordinate with vendors, banks, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely payment processingSupport month-end closing tasks related to payables and treasuryRespond to payment-related inquiries and resolve discrepanciesEnsure compliance with internal controls and financial proceduresQualificationsBased in Florida (this is a requirement)3+ years of experience in treasury operations, accounts payable, or similar financial rolesStrong understanding of banking platforms, QuickBooks, and general accounting principlesExcellent organizational and time-management skillsHigh attention to detail and discretion when handling sensitive financial informationStrong communication skills and ability to work independentlySchedule & CompensationPart-time: 10–20 hours per week, with flexibility based on business needsRemote position (must be located in Florida)$30+ per hour, commensurate with experienceTo ApplyPlease submit your resume and a brief note describing your relevant experience.
