Please have a look at the given JD and let me know if this is what you are interested in.Role: Program Manager (PLM)Location: Jersey City, NJ (Hybrid) Duration: Long TermObjectives of this roleStrategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectivesDevelop program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvementMaintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performanceOversee multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are reachedManage budget and funding channels for maximum productivityResponsibilitiesWork closely with project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to develop the scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiativesManage program and project teams for optimal return on investment, and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiativesIdentify key requirements for cross-functional teams Develop and manage budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectivesWork with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the same customer or cross customersAnalyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for managers and stakeholdersRequired skills and qualificationsFive or more years of experience in an upper-management role, preferably in program managementExceptional skills in leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizationExperience in managing stakeholdersWorking knowledge of Application life cycle tools for medical domainOutstanding knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processesPreferred skills and qualificationsBachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business administration or related fieldStrong working knowledge of ALM, PLM domain in medical domain.Thanks & regardsGagan K Rajput
