Job Title: Buyer / Senior BuyerSalary Range: $95,000 - $110,000Location: Bedford MAOverviewWe are seeking a Buyer or Senior Buyer to join our team due to recent turnover and immediate business needs. This role is ideal for a procurement professional who can step in quickly with minimal ramp-up time and add value from day one. This would be a contract position for 6-12 months with the opportunity to become permanent.Key ResponsibilitiesManage procurement activities to support manufacturing and operational needsSource, negotiate, and manage suppliers within the Medical Device and/or Manufacturing spaceExecute purchase orders, monitor delivery schedules, and resolve supply issuesCollaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, Quality, and FinanceMaintain accurate purchasing data within ERP systemsSupport continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain Required Qualifications Strong & recent SAP experience is requiredExperience as a Buyer or Senior Buyer within Medical Device manufacturing and/or a manufacturing environmentWorking knowledge of ERP systemsOracle or other robust ERP platforms considered equivalentAbility to work independently with limited learning curveStrong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications 10+ years of SAP experience is required for this positionExperience supporting regulated environments (FDA, ISO, or similar)Demonstrated ability to manage multiple suppliers and priorities in a fast-paced setting Pay Details: $95,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
