Our litigation portion of the practice often involves complex multi-party cases involving both corporations and individuals.We’re building a team of people-oriented legal and administrative professionals who can help accelerate Harrison Law's growth. They are foundational to the success of the firm. Our office is located close to the Mesa Gateway Airport inside a dynamic technology and international business zone. This position allows an individual to live in the East Valley, working for a growing firm, but avoiding the long commute and stress that working for a downtown firm would entail. Paralegal DescriptionEveryone who joins Harrison Law is responsible for creating value, regardless of their role, but that looks a little bit different for everybody. As a Paralegal, you will be responsible to:● Investigate legal facts and conduct legal research● Draft legal documents● Review and revise documents● Assist with case management● Organize and electronically file pleadings● Coordinate and schedule calendars● Utilize software for case management, tracking of time, and billable hours● Conduct brief, regular meetings with the firm to plan what needs to be done● Solve problems with a people-first mindset● Organize and schedule virtual and in-person appointments● Exercise an ability to follow-through on all projects and drive them from inception to completion with a great attention to detail● Provide general support to clients and prospective clients when needed● Contribute as well as assist in special projects as needed● Whatever else it takes to support the firmSkills We are Looking ForWe’re looking for an energetic, multi-talented, detail-oriented individual looking to grow within a culture-first startup.
