Job Title: Sr. SAP Analyst (Logistics Execution)Mode: OnsiteLocation: WisconsinDescription:We are seeking an experienced SAP Logistics Execution (LE) Functional Consultant to support and enhance our supply chain and logistics operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in SAP ECC 6.0 and S/4HANA environments, with hands-on experience in Logistics Execution, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, and Transportation processes. This role will partner closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to deliver innovative, scalable, and business-focused SAP solutionsKey ResponsibilitiesProduct Delivery & Solution DevelopmentLead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP Logistics Execution (LE) enhancements and medium-sized projects using agile and product-oriented methodologies.Partner with business stakeholders to understand operational objectives and translate them into functional requirements, process flows, technical specifications, prototypes, and acceptance criteria.Facilitate current-state (As-Is) and future-state (To-Be) process workshops to identify opportunities for optimization and digital transformation.Configure and support SAP LE modules, including:Enterprise StructureInventory Management (IM)Warehouse Management (WM)/Stock Room ManagementHandling Unit ManagementBatch ManagementShipping and Transportation processes (LE-TRA)Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration across logistics, procurement, manufacturing, and transportation functionsInnovation, Automation & Continuous ImprovementLeverage SAP Joule and other AI-enabled technologies to improve operational efficiency, enhance decision-making capabilities, and optimize business processes.Identify and implement opportunities for automation, standardization, and process simplification across multiple business units and manufacturing facilities.Work closely with data, integration, and architecture teams to support API-driven solutions, improve master data quality, and increase end-to-end supply chain visibility.Recommend innovative solutions that align with the organization's digital transformation strategy.Operational Support & Service ExcellenceProvide Level 1 and Level 2 application support for SAP Logistics Execution processes and related systems.Participate in an on-call support rotation to ensure continuity of critical business operationsSupport major system releases, upgrades, and deployments through HyperCare activities and post-go-live stabilizationAssist operations teams on the shop floor when required to troubleshoot logistics and warehouse-related issuesAnalyze and optimize inbound and outbound logistics processes, transportation execution, and EDI/IDoc integrationsQuality, Compliance & GovernanceEnsure all SAP solutions comply with corporate IT standards, cybersecurity policies, audit requirements, and SAP best practicesDevelop and execute unit testing plans and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business stakeholdersMaintain comprehensive system documentation, process flows, and configuration recordsSupport organizational change management initiatives and end-user adoption effortContribute to continuous improvement of governance, development, and support processesRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related disciplineMinimum of 5 years of hands-on experience supporting and configuring SAP ECC 6.0 and/or SAP S/4HANA (Cloud or On-Premise).Strong expertise in SAP Logistics Execution (LE), including:Inventory Management (IM)Warehouse Management (WM)/Stock Room ManagementHandling Unit ManagementBatch ManagementShipping and Transportation (LE-TRA)Proven experience participating in multiple full lifecycle SAP implementation projectStrong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skillDemonstrated ability to bridge business requirements and technical solutionsPreferred QualificationsKnowledge of SAP Transportation Management (TM) fundamentalsExposure to SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM).SAP certification in Logistics Execution, EWM, Transportation Management, or related modulesExperience integrating SAP with external Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and third-party logistics platformsUnderstanding of freight planning, freight costing, and freight settlement processes in SAP S/4HANAExperience supporting multi-site or multi-plant manufacturing and distribution environmentsFamiliarity with AI-enabled productivity tools such as SAP Joule, GitHub Copilot, or similar technologiesWorking EnvironmentPrimarily office-based with periodic interaction in manufacturing and warehouse environments for requirements gathering, testing, troubleshooting, and HyperCare supportApproximately 20% travel required, with travel demands potentially increasing during major implementation projects, system deployments, and strategic business initiatives.Ability to collaborate effectively with geographically distributed teams and business stakeholders.
