Job description
Position Title: IT Retail Support/Mandarin and English a MUST
We are looking for an IT Retail Store Support to join MINISO-West Covina, CA. This position is responsible and accountable for the smooth running of our computer systems within the limits of requirements, specifications, costs, and timelines. You will supervise the implementation and maintenance of our company’s computing needs. The successful candidate will have improved skills, a proven professional experience, and a detailed knowledge of industry’s best practice processes.

Responsibilities:
Planning, controlling, and evaluating data security, operations and processing systems, including hardware platform, procurement, and redundancy.
Design, develop, implement, and coordinate systems, policies, and procedures
System implementation and transition
Provide strategic and tactical direction
Familiar with Microsoft Servers, Windows Domains, and POS software
Plan, organize, control, and evaluate IT and electronic data operations
Help to troubleshoot service requests from users
Quickly assess and troubleshoot complex problems and devise effective solutions
Track, preserve IT assets and prepare annual budget to ensure cost effectiveness
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of IT experience
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in MIS, Technology, computer science or related
Microsoft, Google, or Cisco certification
ITIL Certification (or another IT management certificate)
Skills & Knowledge Required:
Senior IT leadership or management experience
Experience serving as the service desk or help desk manager is an asset
An excellent understanding of the retail industry is preferred
Experience with Microsoft Dynamic NAV is a plus
Ability to identify symptoms that indicate potential arising problems and assess business risks appropriately as well manage stakeholder’s perceived views.
