As a Senior Risk Analyst, you will be responsible for implementing the Program/Projects risk management processes and execute qualitative risk assessments and strategies. It is essential that you possess excellent communication and team building skills. You must have the ability to work independently and collaboratively, with full transparency, as required by the Client/Project. In addition, you must be knowledgeable and responsible for developing, reviewing, reporting, and producing risk assessments for the high-rise facilities. Major Duties & Responsibilities 1. Review project documents and analyze project data, to develop risk profiles and risk registers for projects and the program. 2. Prepare and update the project risk registers; ensuring the quality, timeliness, and completeness of the information captured in the project risk register. 3. Develop quantitative integrated cost and schedule risk models to support the informed decision making of a project and the overall program. 4. Support facilitating cross functional risk workshops with the Client and Project Stakeholders. 5. Prepare interdisciplinary discussions to develop risk mitigation strategies and ensure risk mitigation strategies are effectively implemented. 6. Issue risk management reports and presentations. 7. Work collaboratively with the Program/Project Controls team to meet contractual quarterly and monthly reporting deliverables. 8. Develop Risk informed Estimate at Completion with varying confidence levels 9. Conduct quarterly risk workshops 10. Provide monthly project level risk summaries and a 60-day look ahead Qualifications: 1. In-depth knowledge of risk management principles, practices, and regulatory requirements. 2. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. 4. Proven ability to develop and implement effective risk management strategies. 5. Bachelor’s degree in risk management, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., CRM, FRM, PMP) are preferred. 6. Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in risk management, preferably in a senior or leadership role. 7. Familiarity with Monte Carlo simulation and any experience with applicable software, such as @Risk, Primavera P6, and/or Crystal Ball, is a plus. 8. Understanding of construction management fundamentals, project scheduling, cost estimating and project controls. Salary: $135,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
