We areseeking a self-motivated person to join our Warehouse Team at ourButler, WI facility, minutes from Milwaukee! Warehouse Team Member willbe using a variety of hand and power industrial trucks (pallet jack,rider pallet to start. then eventually reach truck, sit down rider, rollgrab, as needed) to transport items throughout plant and warehouse, movefinished product into and out of inventory, pull orders both FTL andLTL, unload trucks, etc.). Also receives, stores, and distributesmaterial, tools, equipment, and products within the facility. Our idealcandidate will have prior experience in a warehouse shipping/receivingrole, and prior experience using Warehouse/Shipping/Receiving Programson the computer (typing, data entry, submitting forms, warehouseinventory software, setting up FedEx/UPS on the computer, printinglabels, etc.). Reads production schedule, customer order, work order, shippingorder, or requisition to determine items to be moved, gathered, ordistributed. Conveys materials and items from receiving or productionareas to storage or to other designated areas. Sorts and placesmaterials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according topredetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or productcode. Fills requisitions, work orders, or requests for materials, tools,or other stock items and distributes items to production workers orassembly line. Records amounts of materials or items received ordistributed. Weighs or counts items for distribution within plant toensure conformance to company standards. Uses computer to enter records.Drives the Walkie, Rider Pallet, Reach Truck, Sit Down Rider, Yale, orRoll Grab to transport stored items from warehouse to plant or to pickup items from several locations for shipment. Maintains inventoryrecords. Receive and count stock items, and record data manually orusing computer Communicate with co-workers and others to carry out jobduties. \*\*\*\*\* OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: SUCCESSFULPEOPLE IN THIS ROLE HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS Provenexperience in aWarehouse, Shipping and/or Receiving role in a MANUFACTURINGenvironment. 1-2yr computer knowledge Strong organizational and memorySkills Prior Power Industrial Truck Experience In a Productionenvironment. Proficient usingshipping software and inventory systems.Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a teamenvironment. Capable of maintaining accurate records of inventory levelsand locations within the warehouse. Effectively readand comprehendsimple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Competent withaddition, subtraction, multiplication, division, as well asdividinginall units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, anddecimals. Ability to walk and stand frequently during an eight-hourshift. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS PhysicalDemands: stand, bend, reach, crouch for 8-hour shift and frequently liftup to 30lbs and up to 50lbs occasionally, repetitive grasping, frequentclimbing, twisting, lifting above shoulder height, occasional bend,reach, crouch, or stop.
