This hybrid role offers the opportunity to support a dynamic team during a critical tax period, assisting with individual and small business tax preparation and compliance.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and review federal and state tax returns, including individual (1040) and small business returns (Schedule C, sole proprietors)Ensure compliance with current tax laws and regulationsAnalyze financial records and identify tax-saving opportunitiesAssist with tax planning and projections as neededRespond to client inquiries and provide clear, professional guidanceSupport audit preparation and documentation if requiredMaintain accurate and organized client records
