They specialize in roofing, gutters, siding, windows, and emergency repair services.The ideal candidate is a strong leader with operational discipline who is comfortable managing multiple teams across day-to-day objectives. This includes working with the President to meet company growth and sales goals, as well as overseeing field operations to deliver a high standard of customer experience.The role is full time at the Madison, WI location, with occasional travel to job sites as required.This role will be responsible for developing and leading the day to day operations, growing the business by delivering new customer projects, and championing an a top tier experience for customers.
