The role involves market analysis, salary framework development, internal compensation review, and executive-level reporting.Key Responsibilities:Conduct market benchmarking for salary, bonus, and total rewardsAnalyze compensation trends tied to actuarial credentials (ASA, FSA, exams)Develop salary ranges and compensation frameworksReview internal compensation data and identify equity/compression issuesEvaluate benefits, incentives, and exam support programsPresent recommendations and reporting to HR leadershipRequired Experience:5+ years in Compensation, Total Rewards, HR Analytics, HR Finance, or related fieldsStrong experience with compensation benchmarking and survey dataExperience in actuarial, insurance, consulting, or professional services environmentsFamiliarity with actuarial career progression and credentials (ASA/FSA)Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, modeling, and large dataset analysisStrong PowerPoint and executive presentation skills
