3rd Shift Operator

Job Description We are seeking a 3rd Shift Manufacturing Operator I to join our team in a fast-paced production environment. The shift is 10:15PM-6:30AM (Monday thru Saturday Morning). In this role, you will support daily manufacturing operations while helping ensure productivity and quality goals are met. You'll be part of a collaborative team working across multiple value streams, contributing to the production of high-quality products in a LEAN, high-performance environment.This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on manufacturing experience and grow within a structured, team-oriented organization.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and handle raw materials, including retrieving, thawing, and cutting materials for machine useAssist with extruder machine setup and operation, ensuring proper processing and product qualityUse measuring tools (calipers, verniers, etc.) to inspect and verify workPerform basic machine maintenance and cleaningComplete daily production reporting and documentation accurately and on timeTroubleshoot basic material and equipment issues; escalate concerns to leadership or engineering teamsSupport operations across multiple areas, including extrusion, molding, trimming, and splicingCollaborate with cross-functional teams such as Quality, Logistics, and EngineeringContribute to LEAN initiatives and High-Performance Team activitiesFollow all safety protocols, 5S standards, and PPE requirements, including working around chemicalsQualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED required0–2+ years of manufacturing experience preferredStrong manual dexterity and attention to detailAbility to work both independently and within a team environmentBasic math and computer skills (Microsoft Office familiarity)Effective verbal and written communication skills in EnglishAbility to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours) and lift up to 40 lbsComfortable working around chemicals in a manufacturing environmentU.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required
