Executive Assistant
Suffolk Construction is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leadership. The successful candidate will manage executive priorities, coordinate schedules and communications, and support the efficient operation of the executive office.
Key Responsibilities
Manage executive calendars, meetings, appointments, and priorities
Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and itineraries
Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and meeting materials
Organize leadership meetings and maintain follow-up action items
Manage executive communications, including emails and correspondence
Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Coordinate internal and external communications with clients, partners, and stakeholders
Assist with special projects and company initiatives
Maintain organized records and executive documentation
Provide general administrative and operational support to senior leadership
Qualifications
3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Senior Administrative Assistant, or similar role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
Professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
Experience supporting C-suite executives or senior leadership
Experience in construction, engineering, real estate, or professional services
Familiarity with project management and document management systems
Pay: $90,022.92 - $127,468.46 per year
Work Location: Remote
