Traveling Superintendent

We are seeking a Commercial Construction Superintendent to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.Qualifications:- Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Commercial Construction Superintendent. Running significant projects.- Proven experience working on federal construction projects is essential.- Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field is preferred.- Strong knowledge of federal regulations, codes, and safety standards.- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.- Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.- OSHA 30-Hour Certification preferred.- Ability to travel as required by project locations.
