Address and resolve guest inquiries and logistical needs promptly and professionally. Conduct regular property inspections to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards. Perform light maintenance tasks and coordinate with cleaning and maintenance teams to prepare properties for incoming guests. Provide concierge-like services to enhance guest experiences, including local recommendations and assistance with bookings. Qualifications And SkillsAt least 1 year of experience in a handyman, concierge, or similar role (e.g., LimeBike repair). Previous manual labor experienceExcellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Tech-savvy with a smartphone and the ability to use various apps and platforms. Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
