SAP Product Costing

Role name: SAP Product CostingWork site: Roswell, GA (Onsite)Contract Role• In-depth knowledge of general accounting and SAP General Ledger (GL, AP, AR, FA, Tax and baseline CO) modules and strong knowledge and working experience with SAP new GL module (S/4 Hana experience preferred)• Experience in designing and defining Organizational structure, and the chart of accounts structure within SAP by transforming business requirements into system specifications to meet current and future requirements and knowledgeable about IFRS/GAAP accounting. Experience with multi-national company and Intercompany transactions, eliminations and finacial consolidations• Experience as Product Costing lead on at least 2-3 FLC implementations, and as a sub-module lead on at least 5-8 implementations. Experienced managing onshore and offshore resources and deliverables.Required Skills & ExpertiseFunctional Skills• Deep expertise in SAP CO PC (Product Costing)• Strong knowledge of:• Material Ledger & Actual Costing• Cost object controlling• Variance & WIP management• Experience with manufacturing costing (discrete and/or process industry).Technical & Integration Skills• Strong integration knowledge across CO, FI, MM, PP, and CO PA• Understanding of SAP configuration tables and costing logic• Exposure to S/4HANA Embedded Analytics (preferred).• Business & Analytical SkillsStrong understanding of:• Manufacturing finance• Cost accounting principles• Inventory and margin analysis• Ability to translate complex business requirements into SAP solutions.• SAP Environment• SAP ECC 6.0 and/or SAP S/4HANAExperience with:• New GL and parallel valuation• Multiple currencies and ledgers• Global manufacturing rolloutsExperience Requirements• 8–15+ years overall SAP experience.• 5–8+ years of hands on Product Costing and CO PC implementation experience.• Experience in at least 1–2 full lifecycle SAP implementations.• Exposure to global or multi plant manufacturing environments.Soft Skills• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.• Strong problem solving and analytical ability.• Ability to work independently and lead workstreams.• Comfortable working with senior finance and operations leadership.Typical Job Titles• SAP Product Costing Consultant• SAP CO PC Lead / Expert• SAP Finance & Product Costing Specialist• SAP S/4HANA Product Costing Lead
