Who You Are
3-5 years in an Associate Planner, Financial Planner, or client-facing role
Strong interest in tax and retirement planning
Comfortable stepping gradually into client-facing responsibilities
Experience with industry-specific platforms: Salesforce, eMoney, Holistiplan, Orion, YCharts, Excel, etc.
What You’ll Do
Support lead planners across all stages of the planning process
Serve as a primary point of contact for client questions, coordination, and ongoing needs
Prepare for and follow up on client meetings, including notes, plan updates, and task management
Assist with ongoing tax strategy—projections, Roth conversions, tax withholdings, charitable planning, etc
Build deep expertise in retirement financial planning and apply it directly to client plans
Support investment recommendations aligned with firm-wide strategy
Maintain accurate documentation in the CRM and planning tools
Communicate with CPAs, attorneys, and other professionals to support integrated planning tasks
Adhere to all compliance, regulatory, and internal policy requirements

What You’ll Get
This is a full-time W-2 role:
Annual base salary: Starting at $100,000
Total compensation: Potential for up to 15% bonus eligibility
