Dance Instructor

Job Title: Dance Instructor Job Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Dance Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about dance and capable of teaching a variety of dance styles to middle school students of different skill levels. The Dance Instructor will be responsible for planning and conducting dance classes, choreographing routines, and preparing students for performances. We are looking to fill this role in a few schools and some may include cheerleading. Responsibilities: Teach Dance Classes: Conduct dance classes in various styles. Choreograph Routines: Create and teach dance routines for performances. Develop Lesson Plans: Prepare and execute lesson plans that cater to the skill levels and goals of the students. Stay Updated: Continuously learn and incorporate new dance techniques and trends into classes. Organize Showcases: Plan and participate in dance workshops, events, and performances to engage and motivate students. Requirements: Experience: Proven experience as a dance instructor in one or more dance styles. Education: A degree in dance or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Skills: Excellent communication, instructional, and choreography skills. Ability to motivate and inspire students.
