Here, youll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact, drive innovation, and help shape the future of cannabis.Job: Shipping and Receiving CoordinatorPay: $19.25 per hourLocation: Hammonton, NJShift: Monday to Friday, 7AM to 3:30PMJob DescriptionThe Shipping and Receiving Coordinator will be responsible for receiving and unloading product deliveries, maintaining stock in the throughout the facility, kitting materials, and moving inventory and other materials to fulfill orders for production. This position also assists with audits and other functions as required with the Supply Chain department. The role requires diligent team members who can successfully complete tasks and operate throughout the day autonomously.Responsibilities:Move stock to and from loading docks, delivery vehicles, storage areas, and production areas either manually or using equipment as requiredKeep the receiving dock, storage room, and overall warehouse organized and tidyImplement general housekeeping practices to maintain workplace cleanlinessMaintain all accurate inventory counts and associated documentationAssist in Inventory reconciliation including audits and cycle countingFill out inventory/production lists, crosscheck incoming invoices and maintain accurate receiving logs.Maintain inventory of shipping/receiving materials and supplies.Communicate any security or safety concerns to Inventory/Security teams as neededReport defective materials or questionable conditions to SupervisorSupply production with materials needed via batch records and or direct communication with manufacturingProcess returns for incorrect and defective productsMaintain an organized and functional storage room utilizing 5S and general warehousing principlesPerforming aseptic fills of measured substances for kitsFollow all QA and QC guidelinesMaintaining precise counts and following department verifications as required to ensure inventory accuracyStrict adherence to procedures and practices according to SOPs, cGMPs, Facility Rules, and NYS regulationsStrong emphasis on documentation according to company and state policiesAdhere to departmental, site and corporate safety practicesResponsible for facility and equipment cleaning to maintain cGMP aseptic standardsAccurately enter data in all company forms, the EBR, and Quartzy.Keep good records of all practices implemented and data collected as pertaining to roleStore supplies and equipment and disposal of waste per guidelinesPerform clerical work related to inventory activities such as word processing, record keeping, and filingMaintain material safety data sheets for all department chemicals and productsMaintain a neat and organized work area allowing for the proper segregation of materials and processesStrong emphasis on documentation according to cGMP and NJSAssist in other departments as neededPerform any other job-related tasks or duties as assigned by managementCompliance:Ensure supply chain operation is fully compliant with state regulations and federal and state law.Assure that all operations adhere to business and industry license requirements.Maintaining strict inventory records of all materials, chemicals and equipment used in the operation and document activities by completing forms, reports, logs and records as required.Job requirements:High school diploma or GED requiredMust be at least 21 years of ageMust have valid NYS license with reliable transportationMust be able to work weekends and holidays as requiredEmployment requirements:Hard worker and team playerMust understand and follow rules, regulations, policies, and procedures set forth by the state and companyMaintain a clean and organized work environmentPhysical aptitude and health necessary to perform manual labor tasks requiredDisplay accountability, proactive behavior, and strong attention to detailJob Skills and Abilities:Ability to accurately fill out documentationStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with personnel at all levels in a team environmentPossess Basic Math skills such as addition, subtraction, division and multiplicationAbility to gown and work in an aseptic/clean room environment.Health and safety practices and precautions applicable to a biopharmaceutical laboratoryProper and safe handling and disposal of harmful chemicals, substances, and hazardous wastesExcellent time-management skills and ability to effectively plan and prioritizeAbility to maintain confidentialityAbility to work with regulated material in a fast-paced environmentAbility to focus & attention to detailAbility to communicate both verbally and writtenPossess basic computer skills and be able to enter and maintain data accuratelyWork with Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and OutlookWork with BioTrack THC and other inventory management software systemsPhysical Requirements:This position requires a great deal of sitting, walking, bending, and reachingMust be able to stand for extended periods, lift objects on a regular basis, and perform daily repetitive tasksClose visual focus requiredThis position requires the extended and repetitive use of arms, hands, and fingers to cut/manipulate small objectsMust be able to lift and carry up to 50 lb.Curaleaf Pay Transparency$19.25 -
