Small Company ControllerJoin a growing organization seeking a hands-on Controller to lead day-to-day accounting and financial operations. This role will oversee month-end close, financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, and process improvements while partnering closely with leadership to support business strategy and growth.Key Responsibilities:Manage month-end and year-end close processesPrepare financial statements and management reportsOversee AP, AR, payroll, and general ledger activitiesMonitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecastingEnsure compliance with accounting standards and internal controlsSupport audits, tax filings, and financial analysisPartner with leadership on operational and strategic initiativesQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance5+ years of progressive accounting experienceExperience with financial reporting, budgeting, and month-end closeStrong Excel and ERP system skillsCPA or public accounting experience preferred
