We are seeking a Staff Lead to support daily operations, guide the team, and ensure a seamless and engaging guest experience. Why You’ll Want to Work for ByGeorge Paid Time Off for full-time team members Health and Dental Benefits Retail Discounts Career Growth & Development Opportunities What You’ll Do Lead by example on the floor, delivering an elevated and welcoming guest experience Support daily operations, including opening/closing procedures and floor coverage Act as a resource for team members, providing guidance, coaching, and real-time feedback Drive sales performance by motivating the team and supporting individual goals Build meaningful relationships with clients through personalized service and product knowledge Maintain high visual merchandising and store presentation standards Assist with inventory management, restocking, and organization Address guest inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism and care Partner with leadership to communicate opportunities, challenges, and team feedback Foster a collaborative, positive, and accountable team environment Requirements 2–4 years of retail, hospitality, or customer-facing leadership experience Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proven ability to lead shifts and support team performance A proactive, solution-oriented mindset Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Passion for retail, fashion, and/or lifestyle goods High school diploma required; college degree preferred Physical Requirements The physical demands described here are representative of those required to successfully perform the essential functions of this role.
