The Principal of the Jr. High/High School at Neighborhood Christian Schools is responsible for leading the overall academic, spiritual, and administrative operations of the junior and senior high school. Daily responsibilities include supervising faculty and staff, ensuring adherence to classical Christian education standards, managing curriculum development, overseeing student discipline, leading school-wide initiatives, and fostering a collaborative school culture that aligns with the school's mission.QualificationsLeadership and administrative skills, including staff management, curriculum oversight, and problem-solving abilitiesExperience in or a deep understanding of classical Christian education and its principlesStrong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with faculty, parents, and the broader school communityOrganizational skills, including planning, budget management, and policy implementationEngagement with spiritual leadership and the ability to mentor staff and students in a Christ-centered environmentTeaching experience and/or background in educational leadership at the Jr. High/High School level preferredBachelor’s or master’s degree in Education, Administration, or a related fieldCommitment to the values and mission of classical Christian education
