Responsible for coordinating and supporting the National Account Managers.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:Support to the National Account Managers and provide exceptional customer service to client base.Support sales growth by researching potential customers and assisting with implementation of strategies to obtain new businessProvide administrative support such as gathering data for revenue monthly reports, managing growth report and coordinating field surveys of customer’s equipment for RFPsCompile bid documents for RFP’sWork with the legal team to obtain COIs for customers.Prepare contracts, addendums, riders, spreadsheets, proposals, extensive use of ExcelManage current client portfolios by entering and maintaining client information in the web-based computer applicationResolve calls from customers for service requests, contract scope inquiries, billing issues and escalated mattersResponsible for coordinating National Accounts contract rolloutsResponsible for daily communication with member of the ThyssenKrupp field organization: Branch Managers, Sales Representatives, and Accounts Receivable personnelAbility to asses a situation and make an educated decision based on the facts and information that surrounds the situation.Other duties as assigned.Who we are looking forEDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:High school diploma or GED is requiredBachelor’s degree or equivalent hours of college-level coursework plus professional experience is preferred2-4 years’ experience with customer service, sales and office administration necessary.CRM systems experienceStrong customer service focusExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalA cultivated attention to detailStrong computer skillsStrong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint abilitiesBackground in facilitating large scale projects involving a multitude of people and documentationExperience with facilities managementWhat we offerProvided they meet all eligibility requirement under the applicable plan documents, employees will be offeredMedical, dental, and vision coverageFlexible spending accounts (FSA)Health savings account (HSA)Supplemental medical plansCompany-paid short- and long-term disability insuranceCompany-paid basic life insurance and AD&DOptional life and AD&D coverageOptional spouse and dependent life insuranceIdentity theft monitoringPet insuranceCompany-paid Employee Assistance Program (EAP)Tuition reimbursement401(k) Retirement Savings Plan with company match: Employees can contribute a portion of their pay on a pre-tax or Roth basis.
