Production Associate

Production Associate A manufacturer in the northeastern Indianapolis area is searching for Production Associates for 2nd and 3rd shifts. This position supports the end-to-end production of radiopharmaceuticals used in diagnostic and therapeutic applications. Working in a GMP-regulated, radiation-controlled environment, this role combines hands-on work, strict documentation practices, and a strong commitment to safety and quality.Responsibilities Operate specialized equipment.Complete accurate batch records.Maintain production equipment.Perform in-process checks.Handle materials and label products.Essential Skills GED or High School Diploma.1+ years of manufacturing experience, preferably in a regulated environment.Strong attention to detail.Mechanical aptitude.Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in production, batch mixing, cleanroom operations, and machine operation.Why Work Here? Shift hours are 2nd shift (4pm to 12:30am, Friday through Tuesday) and 3rd shift (12am to 8:30am, Saturday through Wednesday).Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Noblesville, IN.Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $24.00/hr.
