Finance Controller

*Financial Controller | Multi-Entity Healthcare Platform* Hybrid Miami, FL *About the Opportunity* The Las Olas Network is partnering with a growing, multi-entity healthcare services organization to hire a Financial Controller. This individual will play a critical leadership role in bringing dedicated senior accounting oversight in-house, supporting a platform that now spans 11+ legal entities. This is a highly visible seat reporting directly to the CFO, with a role on the organization's budget committee alongside the COO and Chief Development Officer. A third-party team already owns day-to-day bookkeeping, so this is a step up in scope, not more hands-on-keyboard work. The opportunity is to build out the oversight, forecasting, and reporting infrastructure as the platform continues to scale. *What You'll Own* * Oversee the third-party accounting/bookkeeping relationship and monthly close process * Lead intercompany reconciliations across 11+ legal entities, ensuring accuracy within materiality thresholds * Maintain a rolling 26-week cash flow forecast * Own monthly budget-to-actuals reporting, delivering executive-level analysis on variances * Lead the external audit process and coordinate tax prep with outside advisors * Partner directly with the CFO, COO, and Chief Development Officer as a member of the budget committee * Present financial performance and recommendations to executive leadership *What We're Looking For* * CPA required * Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance * 7+ years of progressive accounting and financial leadership experience * Healthcare industry experience required (Medicare Advantage, managed care, or provider organization exposure a plus; health plan experience not required) * Multi-entity accounting experience strongly preferred * Demonstrated experience with cash flow forecasting and budget-to-actuals reporting * Strong executive-level communication and presence * Familiarity with Sage Intacct helpful, not required *Why This Role Stands Out* * Highly visible role reporting directly to the CFO * Seat on the budget committee alongside the COO and Chief Development Officer * Oversight-level scope, not transactional bookkeeping * Multi-entity platform with continued growth ahead * Fully remote flexibility within the Miami area ( working Eastern Standard Time Zone) * Competitive compensation If you're interested in learning more or know someone who may be a strong fit please apply or reach out confidentially.
