As an Assistant Teacher, you will assist with the implementation of age-appropriate curriculum, prepare and organize learning materials, and supervise children during all activities, including meals and naptime, to ensure a safe and positive learning environment. If you have the following, we would love to speak with you: Requirements Minimum of High School Diploma or Equivalent 1 yr experience in Early Childhood Education with assigned age group Ability to work during the hours of operation Monday-Friday, 7 AM - 6 PM, work schedule is based on business needs Excellent verbal and written communication skills Demonstrated knowledge of various stages of social, emotional and intellectual development Commitment to ongoing professional development Physical ability to stand, bend, squat, jump, dance, walk, run, reach carry, lift 50 lbs. Strong collaboration and communication skills are required. Patience, a nurturing attitude, and a sincere interest in the well-being and development of young learners are essential to this position.
