Site Supervisor

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Site Supervisor to lead and manage daily operations at our facility. This pivotal role involves overseeing cleaning, sanitation, and custodial services to ensure a safe, hygienic, and well-maintained environment. As a Site Supervisor, you will coordinate staff, enforce safety regulations, and uphold high standards of cleanliness across all areas. Your leadership will drive team performance, foster excellent customer service, and ensure compliance with industry best practices in industrial and commercial cleaning. Duties Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff to ensure efficient execution of janitorial, custodial, and sanitation tasks across the site Lead team management efforts by providing clear instructions, training, and ongoing support to staff members Monitor adherence to safety regulations and sanitation standards to maintain a secure environment for all personnel Oversee the implementation of cleaning & sanitation management protocols in line with industry best practices Conduct regular inspections of the facility to ensure cleanliness, safety compliance, and quality standards are met or exceeded Manage scheduling, staffing levels, and resource allocation to optimize operational efficiency Foster excellent customer service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally while maintaining high standards of cleanliness in hospitality or hotel settings Qualifications Proven supervising experience in industrial cleaning, commercial cleaning, or custodial services Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively and motivate staff toward common goals Knowledge of safety regulations related to sanitation, industrial cleaning, and workplace safety protocols Experience in managing janitorial operations within hospitality or hotel environments is highly desirable Excellent managerial communication skills for clear instruction delivery and team coordination Background in laundry services or housekeeper management is a plus Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Join us as a Site Supervisor and be part of a dedicated team committed to excellence in cleanliness, safety, and customer satisfaction.
