As an industry leader, we take pride not only in what we do, but in how we do it—with a focus on quality, service, and lasting relationships.Position SummaryThe Finance Manager / Sales Administrator supports equipment sales through financing coordination, documentation, inventory tracking, and administrative oversight. This role works closely with sales, accounting, lenders, and OEM partners to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant processing of equipment transactions.General DutiesSubmit credit applications for finance approval. Document deals from initiation to funding.Monitor transactions in the pipeline and provide timely reports to sales and management regarding status and any anticipated changes to expected timing Make inventory count sheets monthly for locations and reconcile when stores send them back Track equipment inventory levels and order as needed Generate invoices, internal documents, financial documents, and delivery reports for sales signaturesCreate deal sheets and close dealsReturned signed paperwork to finance company and manufacturersProcess and coordinate with accounting floorplan invoicesWork with OEMs to take advantage of promotions and discountsUpdate and maintain the commission reports Purchase warranties from manufacturers Send data to manufacturers for credit, as needed. Research and present deals that have not been funded or issues resolvedPerform invoice reconciliation as needed in coordination with accountingAssist sales staff with administrative tasks, including but not limited to issuing contracts, preparing packets, and providing marketing toolsRequirements Bachelor’s degree preferred Ideal candidate should have at least four (4) years of experience working in finance Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge Proven ability to develop relationships with individuals at all levels internally and externally, and to work with teams as both a leader and a participant Proficient analytical and management skills Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate to various people and backgrounds This job description outlines the general nature and level or work performed.
