This role plays a key part in delivering high-quality work safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards and project requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesSet, align, and remove concrete formsPlace and tie rebar for concrete poursPour, spread, level, and finish concrete (screed, float, trowel)Form joints and edges using appropriate toolsOperate tools and equipment such as vibrators and power trowelsAssist with directing concrete placement during poursMonitor weather impact on curing and finishingMaintain clean and organized job sitesAccurately complete daily timecards and report work performedFollow all OSHA and company safety standards at all timesCommunicate effectively with Foreman and team regarding job progress or issues QualificationsEducationHigh School Diploma or equivalent preferredExperience3–5 years of experience in concrete finishing or carpentryHeavy civil or construction experience preferred Licenses & CertificationsValid driver's license requiredOSHA or trade certifications a plus Skills & AbilitiesAbility to follow instructions and safety proceduresStrong attention to detail and qualityTeam-oriented with good communication skillsFamiliarity with construction tools, materials, and processes Physical RequirementsAbility to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbsWork in outdoor environments in varying weather conditionsExposure to noise, dust, and construction equipment Work EnvironmentOutdoor construction sites across project locationsWork may include exposure to weather, heavy equipment, and elevated areasTravel may be required depending on project needs Performance ExpectationsDeliver quality work that meets project specificationsFollow all safety policies with zero exceptionsMaintain productivity and reliability on the job siteDemonstrate teamwork and a positive attitudeUphold C&S Contracting Co. core values and company standards Apply Now!!!CMES Inc. – CMES, Inc. was founded in February 1996 by Professional Civil Engineers.
