Our talented and dedicated professionals are committed to making an impact every day.Company Culture Guidelines & Values:We empower and support our colleaguesWe commit to client success at every turnWe have the courage to do the right thingWe encourage an inclusive environment where our colleagues feel respected, engaged, and challenged.We constantly acquire new skills and learn from our experiences to enhance our collective expertiseValidation Engineer Responsibilities:Execute IQ/OQ protocols and support commissioning and qualification activities for equipment, utilities, and process systemsPerform drawing walkdowns, P&ID verification, equipment/component verification, and weld verification activitiesSupport MOC activities, system turnover, and field verification to ensure alignment with approved engineering documentationAssist with temperature mapping studies, SIP/CIP execution, and cycle development activities using validation tools and data loggersIdentify, document, and support investigation and resolution of deviations, discrepancies, and non-conformancesMaintain accurate GMP/GDP-compliant documentation and collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, QA, Validation, and Operations teams to support project execution and operational readinessJob Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required (STEM degree, Biomedical Engineering, Chemical Engineering preferred)1-3+ years of CQV, validation, commissioning, or related experience within pharmaceutical, biotech, or regulated manufacturing environmentsExperience executing IQ/OQ protocols and supporting commissioning/qualification activitiesFamiliarity with GMP/GDP documentation practices and regulated industry requirementsAbility to read and interpret P&IDs, engineering drawings, and technical documentationExperience supporting temperature mapping, CIP/SIP systems, and field verification activities preferredStrong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently in fast-paced project environments while managing multiple priorities simultaneouslyThis role requires the ability to be on-site, full-time in Devens, MA.For US geography, the salary range for this position is shown below. The actual salary is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs, market demand, and competitive market practice. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range.
