Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Real Estate Sales Agent. In this role, you will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing exemplary customer service throughout the process. Daily tasks include prospecting for new clients, conducting property showings, preparing and presenting offers, and maintaining updated knowledge of market conditions and real estate regulations. Collaboration with team members and maintaining professional relationships with clients is essential for success in this role. Qualifications Active Real Estate License and a solid understanding of real property transactionsProven experience in Real Estate and Sales with a track record of achieving sales targetsStrong Customer Service skills and ability to establish lasting relationships with clientsExcellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and proficiently in a remote settingFamiliarity with CRM software and real estate market analysis tools is a plusA self-motivated, results-driven, and goal-oriented mindset
