This role is responsible for driving revenue growth by building strategic relationships with general contractors, subcontractors, and project stakeholders across the data center ecosystem.The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of data center construction environments (MEP systems, critical infrastructure, commissioning, etc.) and can effectively position skilled labor solutions within complex, fast-paced project timelines. You will play a key role in expanding market presence, identifying new opportunities, and aligning workforce solutions with client needs.This is a remote position with a national focus, requiring a proactive, results-oriented leader who can operate independently while contributing to broader company growth strategy.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute sales strategies targeting data center construction projects nationwideBuild and maintain relationships with GCs, subcontractors, and project managersIdentify and pursue new business opportunities within hyperscale and colocation marketsTranslate technical project requirements into tailored labor solutionsCollaborate with operations to ensure successful delivery of workforce servicesTrack pipeline, forecast revenue, and meet/exceed sales targetsQualifications:Proven experience in sales within data center construction, staffing, or related industriesStrong technical understanding of data center infrastructure (electrical, mechanical, commissioning, etc.)Demonstrated ability to sell into GCs, EPCs, and large-scale construction environmentsExcellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsSelf-motivated with the ability to work remotely and manage a national territoryPowered by JazzHRsJCE386jMS
