ResponsibilitiesStrategic marketing plans and annual budgets for each community in the portfolioAll property social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and engagementDigital advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, and emerging platforms, with full reporting on performanceEmail and text campaigns timed around key leasing milestonesOnline reputation management, including reviews on Google, Apartment Ratings, and similar platformsResident event programming that builds community and drives renewalsStrategic partnerships with local vendors, campus organizations, and student influencersProperty websites, ensuring content stays fresh and conversion-focusedMentoring and training onsite marketing teams across the portfolioThe corporate website, social channels, and investor-facing presentationsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related fieldMinimum 3 years of marketing experience, ideally in student housing or multifamilyStrong working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Canva, and social media scheduling toolsProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteA creative eye, sharp writing skills, and the ability to juggle multiple communities and deadlines without dropping the ballWillingness to travel to properties during key leasing pushes and turn seasonA collaborative attitude and willingness to jump in wherever the team needs you
